Digital Products refers to downloadable recipe guides, cooking tutorials, and other non-physical items.
Physical Goods refers to branded merchandise or supplementary kitchen tools ordered through the Site.

4. User Obligations

By placing an order or signing up for any service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. The following outlines our approach to refunds:

5.1 Meal Kit Delivery Services

You may cancel a scheduled meal kit order up to 48 hours before the delivery date. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, which will be processed within 5 to 7 days after approval. If you cancel after this period, we cannot issue a refund due to the perishable nature of ingredients and preparation scheduling, but you may reschedule the delivery to a future date at no additional charge.

5.2 Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final once downloaded. Because digital items cannot be reclaimed, we do not offer refunds after download. If you encounter technical issues, contact our support via the contact form for assistance.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods such as branded items and kitchen tools can be sent back within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a send-back, email us through the contact form with your order details. Once approved, mail the item to 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain offerings, such as limited-time cooking classes or live events, are nonrefundable once booked. This policy is due to venue reservations and ingredient planning. However, you may transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
